Water Temperature

Brew between 195–205°F (91–96°C). Water too hot over-extracts and turns bitter. Let boiling water sit 30 seconds before a pour over.

For pour over, start with a 45-second bloom — pour twice the weight of water to coffee, let it degas, then pour in slow circles. For drip machines, run your standard cycle.

Adjust to Taste

More body? Use slightly more coffee. Store remaining whole beans sealed, away from light and heat. Grind only what you need each day.
